1. Shipping Methods
We offer Standard Shipping for all orders. If you need Expedited Shipping, please contact our Customer Care team, and we will arrange it. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges for expedited shipping.
2. Shipping Time
- Orders are generally processed and shipped within 7 days of placing the order.
- Please note that in some rare cases, delivery might be delayed due to vendor shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the order’s weight and destination.
- Free Shipping is offered for orders above ₹1200. For orders under this value, shipping fees will apply.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently have no shipping restrictions. We ship to most locations within India.
6. Order Tracking
- Customers will receive updates on their orders by contacting Customer Care.
- Tracking information is available upon request, and we will assist you in tracking your order status.
7. Delays or Issues with Shipping
We understand that shipping delays can happen, and we are here to assist you. In the event of a delay, please reach out to Customer Care, and we will provide an update or assistance with tracking. Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances like vendor delays or high demand.
8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. Each address must be entered separately for different orders.
9. Address Accuracy
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information.
- In the event that an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the costs to re-ship the order once the correct address is provided.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your product is damaged or lost during shipping:
- Please contact Customer Care immediately.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, and products that are damaged or lost during shipping will be eligible for return.
11. Returns for Shipping Issues
In the event of shipping issues such as incorrect delivery or damaged products, the affected items are eligible for return. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details on how to initiate a return.
